Making a career change is a major step for anyone whether you intend to apply for entry level or bring decades of corrosion experience to the table.  RCS is a fast-growing company that can provide ample opportunity in all areas of the corrosion industry.

Much of our work requires on the job training and specific NACE certifications to complete.  We have structured a pay scale that reflects those requirements for our field staff.  This serves as a baseline for management to review when offering compensation packages.  The pay scale is based on:

   1.  Certifications and Qualifications

   2.  Time with our company

   3.  Additional items of value

Our compensation packages include Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance, 401k, paid vacation (PTO) accrual, paid holidays, company bonus program, two work boot vouchers per year for field employees, and more.

Some of our work requires overnight travel.  Depending on the type of project, that could be very limited or lengthy.  We are a family-owned company and make efforts not to keep anyone gone too long.  A couple of weeks is considered a long trip - and the lodging is covered in addition to travel pay rates.

However, more than half of our work load is local to our shop.  Our location is excellent to provide coverage to the surrounding Appalachian Basin.

All of our work is done in RCS company vehicles - a MVR and decent driving record is required.
