Internal Corrosion Sampling Field Staff
RCS has experienced and trained field staff dedicated to safe and reliable sample collection, whether completed directly in the field or returned to our on-site laboratory for analysis. Our in-house lab can perform specialized testing or coordinate with third-party facilities as required.
Field Testing - Fluids
Our field technicians are equipped with portable testing kits to perform accurate, real-time analysis of fluids at the job site. These tests help identify corrosion contributors, contaminants, and water chemistry factors that may affect asset longevity.

Field Testing - Gas / NGL
RCS provides gas and natural gas liquid (NGL) sample collection using specialized bottles, adapters, and equipment designed to safely capture and preserve samples for laboratory evaluation. We ensure proper pressure control and contamination prevention to maintain the integrity of every sample.
Gas and NGL testing equipment includes:
- 300cc Sulfinert Bottles
- 500cc Sulfinert Bottles
- Constant Pressure Piston Cylinders (NGL)
- Field Stain Tubes for CO₂, H₂S, and Water Vapor
