Roberts Corrosion Services, LLC is currently hiring for a full time permanent role at our main office in Ellenboro, WV.  As we expand our footprint in the corrosion control and cathodic protection industry, we are focused on strategic growth opportunities. 

The role is an essential office-based position focused on transforming raw field data into actionable, client-ready reports and deliverables. Standard Monday-through-Friday hours with some flexibility and potential for overtime, reporting directly to the Operations Controller. While rooted in data processing, this is more than a traditional role—it's a hybrid opportunity blending core data management responsibilities with elements of operational support. We're looking for someone with the initiative, adaptability, and drive to grow alongside our company, potentially evolving the role through restructuring to include broader administrative, compliance, and strategic contributions. • Receive, organize, and securely house all field-collected data from services such as close interval surveys, construction as-builts, ILI runs, and other corrosion control activities.
• Process raw field data into professional, client-ready reports using specialized software, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Learn to draft layout drawings of as-built installations from construction crews and create standard/typical drawings for planned installations using CADD or similar software tools.
• Print, bind, and prepare hard copies of professional reports for management review and client delivery.
• Collaborate with field crews and the Operations Controller to respond to client inquiries, build strong relationships, and adapt reports to unique client requirements.
• Assist in developing methods, process flows, and RCS-specific forms for data collection, contributing to continuous improvement, SOP refinements, and best practice duplication.
• During slower periods, support administrative tasks such as scheduling, reconciliations, metrics tracking, or policy updates to enhance operational cohesion between office and field functions.

• Strong computer proficiency is essential, as you'll work with proprietary industry software (on-the-job training provided). Some experience with drafting, analysis tools, or databases is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Preference for hands-on experience in data processing, field surveys, or related roles in pipeline, corrosion control, oil & gas, or construction industries.
• Alignment with our high accountable standards: initiative to undertake new tasks, adaptability to evolving client needs, and a drive for creativity and innovation in streamlining processes.
• Proficiency in communication tools (Slack, MS Teams, etc.) and office software; knowledge of regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant software, data analysis, or safety are encouraged, with opportunities for professional development stipends to pursue them.
